Rule Revisions: Please Discuss

pantropansHi, everyone. Due to an issue that arose today and the resulting fallout, your mod team felt that a few of the game's rules required revision. As promised, we are sharing these revisions publicly here so that you can chip in your thoughts, and so that we can make this the kind of place you feel comfortable playing in. If you'd rather weigh in on Plurk, you can do so here.
I'd like to also remind you all that it may not be a rule, but it should be common sense: if something is bothering you in any way, please discuss it through the proper channels laid out in the rules as soon as possible. If we don't know something is wrong, we are unable to address it in a timely fashion.
You can read the updated rules here. Rules D3 and D6 were added, and rule D5 has been tweaked slightly to include mod mediation.

PS: The Mod journal now has a very pretty Navigation page, because once I get to coding, I apparently can't stop. So that's something nice to go along with all of this seriousness.
